7. Withdrawal/Return - Product Replacement - Warranty - Repair
The customer has the right to return the products received or request their replacement if:
(a) Through proven fault of the Store, you have been supplied with products that are materially different from those ordered or defective.
(b) If the product is defective from the beginning or a defect arises within the warranty period.
The Customer may return the products purchased from the online store without stating the reasons,
within fourteen (14) days of receipt (in accordance with distance contracts under Law 2251/1994, as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). The Customer may deliver the products directly to the Store or send them at his own expense to the Store. In either case, the Customer may, prior to the return of the products, either contact the Store by telephone or by sending an e-mail. In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- (a) Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery or receipt (when the Customer has chosen "collection from the store") and in case of several goods ordered by the Customer in one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt of the last one, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal").
- (b) This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product exactly in the perfect condition in which it was received. In particular, the returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition ("as new"), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which must not have any tears or damage/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instruction sheets, features and warranties, connection cables, installation software, etc.). In addition, in order for the product to be accepted for return, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.
- (c) The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by the Store for the shipment of the product to him/her and the shipping costs for its return.
- (d) The withdrawal statement is made in writing or by email and the Shop is obliged to confirm in writing or by email the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
- (e) The Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he/she notified the withdrawal to the physical store of the Store.
- (f) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Shop is obliged to refund to the Customer the price received. In the case of charging the Customer by credit card, the Store, if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action required. Following such notification, the Branch shall bear no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the counter-billing, which is regulated by the contract concluded between the issuing bank and the Customer. In the event that the Customer had chosen the option of "collection from the Branch", the refund to the Customer will be made by the physical branch of the Branch.
- (g) The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the time the Shop has been demonstrably informed of the withdrawal.
- (h) The Customer is liable to compensate the Shop, if he/she has used the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal, and the Shop is entitled to agree with the Customer on the compensation even with mutual set-off.
- (i) Products that require installation by qualified technicians, such as home or car alarms, cameras and surveillance systems, heating systems, various car accessories (xenon lights, reversing cameras, parking sensors, etc.) should be returned accompanied by the service receipt of the technician who performed the installation.
- (j) Any returned product must first undergo a technical inspection, a process that may take a reasonable amount of time.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal under par. 7:
The right of withdrawal pursuant to article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply:
- In cases where the price of the goods has been paid at the physical store of the Shop and, in addition, the goods have been received at the physical store of the Shop, as the sale is not considered to have been made at a distance.
- Products that are not suitable for return, for health protection reasons (e.g. headphones, hands free etc.) or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items, hygiene products such as shaving, clippers, depilatory machines, creams, lotions, cosmetics, perfumes, massagers, massagers, slimming belts, clothing accessories, spectacles and sunglasses, bracelets, pendants, underwear of all kinds, corsets, stockings, tights, shorts, etc.
- Products that have been used, e.g. personalised with the registration of the device (smartphones)
- Sealed audio documents or sealed video documents or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery and in particular: a) CDs, b) DVDs, c) books, d) open digital and USB storage media, e) open consumables (inks, papers, CDs, DVDs, etc.), (f) open programs/software and games, (g) internet and mobile phone connections, (h) products containing an internet connection that has been activated, (i) mobile phone devices with a contract in general, (j) mobile phone devices without a contract if the packaging has been opened, (k) products with a missing serial number, (l) computers and other built-to-order products, (m) open digital and USB storage media.
- Service contracts after the full provision of the service if the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the Customer, and with the Customer's acknowledgement that he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed by the Shop.
- Also, toys of any kind, seasonal products, consumable parts of appliances, cables, plugs, batteries, lamps and bulbs of any kind, etc.
8. Product Warranty - Repair
All products available in the diko-sou.com store are covered by the official warranty of the Manufacturer, where it exists, in accordance with the applicable laws in favor of consumers, thus making your online purchases safe, secure and affordable as in any other physical store.
In addition, the products undergo technical testing (where possible) to ensure their proper operation.
The Shop does not offer any further guarantee (temporal or any other kind), except in cases where this is expressly provided for.
Guarantee conditions:
- diko-sou.com guarantees that according to the warranty the devices work perfectly and according to the specifications of the manufacturers or their assemblers.
- The guarantee is valid from the date indicated on the legal proof of purchase or on the special place on the guarantee form.
- The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the warranty form and the legal proof of purchase.
- During the warranty period, diko-sou.com will repair the defective product, bearing the cost of any spare parts that may be required. The repair will be carried out at the technical facilities of the store, by bringing the device to the store during the store's working hours and must return it to its original condition.
- In case of impossibility to repair the defective product, the Shop will replace the defective product with another one of the same or equivalent technical specifications.
- The mode and cost of transport to and from the Store is the Customer's choice and responsibility.
- The time of completion of the repair of the products is decided exclusively by the Store.
- The repair or replacement of the product is at the sole discretion of the Store. Replacement parts or products replaced are the property of the Store.
- This warranty does not cover the consumable parts of the devices and damages caused by the buyer (e.g. batteries, power supplies, cases, storage media (magnetic and optical media such as CD, DVD, hard disks) accident with water or other liquid, shocks of the device, falling, connection cables, antennas, etc.).
- Problems caused by the operating system of your computers are not covered by this warranty.
- The Store does not support and does not warrant products on which illegal copies of programs have been installed or used.
- The Customer must check at the time of delivery of his order, the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects e.g. broken goods, wrong type, incomplete parts and inform us immediately and no later than 24 hours.
The warranty automatically ceases to apply in the following cases:
- When the product is tampered with by a person not authorized by the Store.
- When damage results from an accident, poor wiring, a fall, exposure to extremes of temperature, humidity, vibration or liquid splashing.
- When the product is subjected to physical or electrical stress beyond the manufacturer's specifications.

13. Payment methods
The Customer may pay the price for the sale of the products of the e-shop, as well as the other agreed fees and charges in the following ways:

The online store accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit/debit cards. The payment of the price is made in a single payment. The Customer is responsible for the correctness and truthfulness of the card details and the Store is not responsible in case of error.
(b) Replacement - Payment upon receipt of the order at your place or at the store:

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the shipment and the weight of the shipment.

The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 18.00 pm.
Receipt of products:

In smaller towns - remote islands it may take 2-3 days if sent by courier.

15. Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
